Paradise Pesto

Paradise Pesto is our second Freedom Jars staff creation. This meal size salad was created by our team member Maryna, who earns 15% of the sales generated from his salad. A vibrant, crunchy and flavourful salad inspired by the northern coast of Italy. Enjoy the nutty and meaty flavour of the walnut sausage mixed with a fresh dairy-free creamy pesto dressing. With nutritious ingredients like fresh basil, pumpkin seeds, cashews, walnuts, pomegranates and so many more, this salad truly is a taste of paradise.
