FOOD IS THE MOST POWERFUL MEDICINE
We all have our personal reasons for wanting to live healthier. For Vanessa, the journey began when she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at the age of 21. After coping with daily medical injections as her treatment for MS, she decided to try an alternate route. She went on an all natural journey to find recovery, and it began with her diet. Instead of focusing on eliminating destructive foods (which for her included gluten, dairy, red meat and fried foods) she took another approach. She focused on foods that she loved and that also made her feel good. A huge part of her diet today includes fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, because of their invigorating health benefits and energizing qualities. Today, Vanessa is on a mission to inspire others to make similar food choices.
