Where do you deliver?

What are your delivery days?

We deliver Mondays through Fridays. We do not deliver on weekends.

Toronto: Mondays through Fridays

Outside of Toronto: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

Toronto locations east of Midland Ave. are delivered Tuesdays to Fridays (we do not deliver to this area on Mondays).

 

What is your ordering deadline?

Order by 10 AM for next day delivery.

 

What if I'm not home?

You may request the order in a temperature controlled box. This box will keep your items at a safe refrigerated temperature for 24 hours. You can place your requested in the "notes section" which can be found at the bottom left of the shopping cart page.

 

How long do the products last? 

Our breakfast jars and salads last for 6 days in the fridge. They can also be frozen. Most warm meals last for 7 days. Our cashew spreads last for up to 30 days in the fridge.
