What are your delivery days?

We deliver Monday through Fridays. We do not deliver on weekends.

 

Where do you deliver?

Toronto, GTA and most of southern Ontario. If you have any questions regarding your area, please contact us at connect@freedomjars.ca

 

When will I get my order?

The cut off time for next day orders is 10am. If you place an order after 10am, your delivery will be made on the next available delivery date. We strive to deliver your order within 48 hours of your order.

 

What if I'm not home?

You may request the order in an insulated box with ice packs. This box will keep your items at a safe refrigerated temperature for 24 hours. You can place your requested in the "notes section" which can be found at the bottom left of the shopping cart page.

 

How long do the products last? 

Our breakfast jars and salads last for 6 days in the fridge. They can also be frozen. Our cashew spreads last for up to 30 days in the fridge.
